Caro Langenbucher joined the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center at New England Historic Genealogical Society as the Judith Carberry Garner Archives Intern in September 2021. They are excited to bring their language skills in Yiddish and Hebrew as well as their passion for Jewish history to their work as an intern.
Caro received an M.A. in History and M.S. in Library Science with a concentration in Archives Management from Simmons University in 2021, and a B.A. in English from Brandeis University in 2016. They are a member of the Society of American Archivists.
The Judith Carberry Garner Internship is named in memory of former Jewish Heritage Center director and archivist, Judi Garner, who began her career with these collections as an intern while a graduate student at Simmons University.
